Thank you for being a part of Atlanta’s Best Dog Howl-O-Ween Festival. Your support helps make this free, community event possible and allows us to bring together dog lovers, rescue organizations, businesses and families for a day of fun — all while helping homeless dogs find their forever homes.

EVENT DAY DETAILS

Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
All vendors and sponsors must be set up and ready by 10:30 AM.

Festival Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We ask that you remain set up for the entire event.

Breakdown: Begins at 3:00 PM
Please plan to bring enough staff and rolling carts/wagons to transport supplies and load up your booth after breakdown.

Tent Safety: Stakes are NOT permitted in the Town Center Green.
If you are bringing a tent, please bring sandbags or weights to secure it.

Your Booth: Bring your signage, giveaways, and anything you’d like to share about your business or organization. We encourage interactive activities, giveaways, and anything fun for dogs and their humans!

All of our vendors and sponsors help promote the festival, we can bring LOTS of people — and their dogs — to Rescue Dog Games!
